(I know this is long, but I promise it’s worth the read.)

I am so proud of myself for finding my niche. And no, I don’t just mean hosting events or founding the Fierce Ladies Collective.

My niche is SMALL—it’s DEPTH, not breadth. It’s about real connection, not surface-level conversation. It’s about meeting people where they are and helping them feel truly welcomed. My niche is authentic, genuine friendship.

At last night’s social hour, TWO women showed up. (And catch yourself—did you read that as ONLY two? That’s not how I wrote it. I wrote it with excitement!).

TWO women braved the snowy roads.
TWO women chose to spend their evening in community.
TWO women shared pieces of themselves.
TWO women showed up for themselves and each other, even when it would’ve been easier to stay home.

And I will NEVER take that for granted.

At every event I host, I feel so honored to be with the people who are there. To learn their names, to hear their stories, to understand what brought them to that moment in time. Because community is never about quantity—it’s about quality. It’s about how safe, supported, and seen you feel.

And sure, you might not feel that level of comfort at your first event. But if you come back a second time, a third time… if one day you feel comfortable enough to send someone a funny reel or reach out to them and make plans of your own, that’s when you’ve found real community.

If I am being honest, comparison has been creeping in for me lately. But last night was a reminder of why I do what I do. The FLC isn’t (and will never be) about numbers—it’s about showing women what REAL friendship can be and encouraging them to find it for themselves.

It’s wild to think about how many friendships have started from the Fierce Ladies Collective. 💜

Every month, women show up—sometimes nervously, sometimes solo, sometimes bringing a friend—but all with the same hope: to find CONNECTION. And every month, I watch that hope turn into something real.

You’re not going to meet your ride-or-die in one night. BUT you will meet women who get you. You will have conversations that feel easy. And you will walk away knowing you took a step toward building a community that supports YOU.

Last night’s dinner felt different.

(But in the BEST way.)

When I lead FLC events, I put on my host hat—introducing people, guiding conversations, and making sure every woman finds her people.

But last night was different. Because every woman at the table has been to multiple events. Every woman at the table, I would call a friend.

I didn’t have to host—I just got to BE. To enjoy dinner with friends.

And that’s exactly why the Fierce Ladies Collective exists.

To help women take risks, try new things, and FIND THEIR PEOPLE. To create a life they love—with community, connection, and adventure.

If you’ve been searching for that, it doesn’t have to feel out of reach. We’re here to help. And we’d love to call you a FRIEND. 💜
