I am PERFECT for beginners. I like to say that my super power is that “I always think about what a beginner needs”. I remember what it’s like to begin—all the fears, intimidation, overwhelm, the millions of questions and more.
I can anticipate what beginners need help with and guide them, compassionately, through their journey.
I help my clients break down the thoughts that are causing them to be stuck and provide content and resources that help them to take action
