Fierce Ladies Collective Membership Terms & Agreement

By registering for a membership with the Fierce Ladies Collective (“FLC”) and/or participating in FLC events or activities, you (“Member”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Agreement. This document serves as a binding agreement between you and KMF: Keep Moving Forward, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. TERMS OF USE

a. Overview

FLC is a community-driven membership platform designed to foster meaningful connection, friendship, and experiences among women. Access to events, content, and resources is limited to members based on their membership tier.

b. Payment & Refunds

All memberships are processed via secure third-party platforms (e.g., MemberPress, Stripe, WooCommerce). Memberships auto-renew unless otherwise canceled. Event fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the event page.

c. Account Responsibility

You agree to keep your member account information accurate and secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

d. Website Usage

You may not use the website or membership platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to solicitation, harassment, or the unauthorized distribution of promotional material.

2. CODE OF CONDUCT

FLC is committed to maintaining an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all members. By joining the community, you agree to uphold the following expectations:

a. Respect and Inclusion

You will treat all members, facilitators, and guests with respect. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, bullying, or other harmful conduct will not be tolerated.

b. Confidentiality

You will honor the privacy of members. What is shared in community spaces (online or in person) must remain confidential unless given explicit permission to share.

c. Solicitation Policy

FLC is not a sales platform. Unsolicited promotion, selling, recruiting, or fundraising is prohibited. Sharing your work or services is permitted when invited or explicitly consented to.

d. Substance Use (Alcohol & Recreational Drugs)

Events may involve venues that serve alcohol or where recreational substances are legally used. You agree to:

  • Consume alcohol or other legal substances responsibly and lawfully
  • Refrain from excessive intoxication, disruptive conduct, or unsafe behavior
  • Respect the comfort and safety of other attendees
  • Be responsible for your own actions, decisions, and transportation

FLC reserves the right to ask any member to leave an event or terminate their membership due to substance-related misconduct.

e. Friendship & Personal Interactions Disclaimer

The Fierce Ladies Collective exists to create opportunities for connection, conversation, and shared experiences. While many members form lasting friendships through the community, we make no guarantees regarding the success, depth, or longevity of any personal relationships formed.

All friendships, connections, and interactions between members—whether occurring during or outside of official FLC activities—are voluntary and are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.

KMF: Keep Moving Forward, LLC and the Fierce Ladies Collective are not responsible for:

  • The personal compatibility of members
  • Disputes, misunderstandings, or conflicts between members
  • Actions or behaviors of members outside of official FLC events and platforms

By participating in FLC, you acknowledge that your experiences with other members will be shaped by your own choices, boundaries, and discernment, and you agree to hold the FLC harmless from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from personal interactions.

3. MEDIA RELEASE & CONTENT USAGE

By attending FLC events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Photos and/or videos may be taken during FLC events and used in digital or print marketing materials, including on social media, websites, or promotional campaigns.
  • You grant FLC and KMF: Keep Moving Forward, LLC a royalty-free, perpetual license to use your image, likeness, and voice for promotional and commercial purposes.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the event organizer prior to or upon arrival.

We make every reasonable effort to honor opt-out requests and respect personal preferences.

4. VIOLATION OF TERMS

Failure to adhere to this agreement may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Removal from specific events or online spaces
  • Termination of membership without refund

We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the community.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By checking the box at registration or continuing participation in FLC activities, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this Membership Terms & Agreement
  • Agree to abide by all terms stated herein
  • Understand that your membership may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms
