DESCRIPTION:Join the Fierce Ladies Collective for a hands-on Indian Cooking Class with Amruta Parmar! \nThis intimate experience will be hosted in Amruta’s home\, where she’ll guide us through the essentials of Indian cooking—sharing cultural insights\, step-by-step instruction\, and delicious recipes you’ll be able to recreate in your own kitchen. Whether you’re completely new to Indian cuisine or already a fan of its bold flavors\, this class is all about learning\, connecting\, and enjoying a shared meal together. \nAmruta grew up in India and moved to the U.S. in 2018. Her cooking is rooted in tradition\, heart\, and hospitality—and she’ll be sharing stories from her own journey along the way. \nHere’s what the evening will look like: \nWe’ll start with a warm welcome and homemade chai—Amruta will demonstrate how to make authentic Indian chai using simple ingredients and her favorite chai masala blend. \nNext\, we’ll learn to cook two flavorful\, vegetarian curries:\nPalak Paneer\, a creamy spinach-based curry made with Indian cheese\nPaneer Butter Masala\, a rich\, spiced tomato-based curry that’s both comforting and bold \nYou’ll also learn how to make two types of rice:\nPulao\, a fragrant Indian fried rice with vegetables and spices\nJeera Rice\, a simpler cumin-spiced version that pairs perfectly with curries \nFinally\, we’ll make Raita\, a cooling yogurt dip often served alongside dishes. \nWe’ll end the evening by sharing this delicious homemade meal together—because food always tastes better when it’s enjoyed in community. \nTickets are $125\, which includes the full cooking class\, a complete meal\, and the opportunity to learn directly from Amruta in a welcoming\, small-group setting.\n**PLEASE BE ADVISED – Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE\, but are transferrable.
